Ordering and Payment
Opening order minimum: $150
Reorder minimum: $100
Wholesale orders placed outside of Faire must meet all criteria in order to be processed. We accept debit/credit card, Square and PayPal payments. We can accept checks or money orders, however payment needs cleared prior to being fulfilled. Cyan Candle Co. candles are made to order, after payment has cleared, we prepare your wholesale order for fulfillment.
Anything ordered in our wholesale marketplace will ship within 8-10 business days, unless otherwise specified. Candles of more than 300 candles require more time. For expedited orders there is a 20 % fee added to the total order price.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Free US Shipping for orders over $300
A Tracking number will be provided when order is ready for shipment. If you prefer to handle your own shipping, prefer to pick up, or delivery (extra Charge) please let us know. Cyan Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages upon delivery — please make sure you have adequate procedures to accept your package.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please report all claim to Cyan Candle Co. within 7 days of receipt of products. After review takes place, an exchange will be completed, we will credit your account for a future purpose. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the products at point of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
