Most orders are processed within 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free Shipping for any orders over 75.00 unless otherwise specified.
Local Delivery: Free local delivery is available for orders over 30.00 within 10 miles from 85353. For orders under 30.00, we charge 5.00-8.00 for a local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 4pm-7pm, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday. We will contact you via text message and/or email with information provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Pickup orders: You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickups in Tolleson, AZ. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our pickup hours are from 4pm-7pm Monday-Saturday. Please schedule a time within this window.
Checking the status of your order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text notification from us which will include tracking information you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it for you. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refunds, Returns, and exchanges:
We really hope that you love Cyan Candle Co., however, we understand if you receive a scent and you are not thrilled. Cyan Candle Co. will exchange an unburned candle. The exchange needs to be of the same size that you previously purchased.
To be eligible for an exchange you must send the candle back within 14 days of purchase. Please email your order number and the fragrance you would like to exchange it with. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive your original product, we will ship your candle back to you at no cost to you. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
